Insurance & Billing

If you have benefits or insurance, we can directly charge your provider. Coverage depends on your plan. Occasionally testing and supplements are also covered.

Appointment Format?

Appointments are currently only offered virtually.

What is the Foundations Program?

It is intended to streamline your initial consult and testing strategy. You are required to complete a thorough intake form, providing most of the information that would be collected during your initial consult. This allows for a condensed initial consultation and reduced fee to start.

How do I book an Appointment?

Click here or the “Book Now” button at the top right of any page. You will be directed to my JaneApp Platform.

How many appointments will I need?

Patients typically have 2-4 appointments per year.

No-Show/Cancellation Policy

You will be charged $75 for no-shows and unexplained cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time.
