1:1 Appointments
The following is a common annual life cycle for patients
1. Initial Consult & Testing
75 minute session
Recount your entire medical history, inquire about your current concerns, goals, and priorities (we listen and ask a lot of questions - get ready to talk), and conduct initial exams and assessments.
We will recommend tailored tests to support diagnosis, justify an action plan, and use for monitoring.
2. Follow-Up & Implementation
50 minutes, 1-2 weeks later
Get your biomarkers, learn why each one matters, and what you can do about them.
Hear your personalized treatment options and decide on an action plan that works for you and your life. Remember, this isn't band-aid medicine - you are part of the solution!
3. Monitoring & Adjustments
25-50 minutes @ 3 and 6 months later
Stay connected for accountability, monitor your progress and adjust your plans.
We recommend follow-up periods, and you can schedule interim appointments.
4. Ongoing Care
For when things come up
You are an individual and you will respond to treatment uniquely.
Stay connected for accountability, monitor your progress and adjust your plans.
We recommend follow-up periods, and you can schedule interim appointments.
Programs
Foundations
This stepwise program is designed for patients who want to dive in with a lower time commitment start to their care. You are required to complete a thorough intake form prior to your first session to consolidate your medical history and identify areas of focus.
During the first appointment, areas of testing will be determined to identify the most appropriate lab assessments and therapeutic options for you.
Your lab results will be reviewed at your second appointment and a highly personalized plan will be implemented.
This is for those who want highly personalized treatment on an annual schedule.
Traditional Naturopathic Medicine
This structure is ideal for those seeking a comprehensive naturopathic assessment and an immediate plan. We'll complete a thorough intake covering lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress, exercise, and medical history, and begin implementing a personalized plan. If clinically indicated requested, lab testing recommendations will be made.
We encourage ongoing care to support your long-term health goals. If more than 18 months have passed since your last visit, a new initial consultation will be required to update your health history and ensure comprehensive, personalized care moving forward.
Focused Testing
If you have an interest in assessing particular areas of health, we can go straight to testing:
Organ function and metabolic health
Nutrient, Mineral, & Vitamin Status
Inflammation
Food Sensitivities
Male & Female Hormones
Liver/Digestion
Autoimmune
Fatigue
Thyroid
Fertility Assessment
These panels offer a broad view of high-yield biomarkers related to your concern and can be combined or refined based on individual needs.
My Approach
Pillars of Health
Nutrition, movement, sleep, digestion, and stress regulation are the non-negotiable foundations. We’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and where small shifts can create a real impact. My goal is to meet you where you’re at and create a plan that’s sustainable, practical, and aligned with your long-term health goals.
Measurement & Management
What gets measured, gets managed. We intend to truly understand how your body is functioning, how it is impacting your life, and what kind of change you want. It is my job to pay attention to risk factors of urgent and chronic disease, and it's your job to pay attention to how your health is impacting your life and what you want to improve.
Evidence-Based
My approach is rooted in evidence-based care and is highly measured. I stay current with the research and ensure you understand the why behind every recommendation.
Always consider: How often? How much? what type? For how long? How safe is it? How effective is it? And most importantly - is it right for me?
Robust Health = Robust Life
Too often, our health gets too little attention until it requires all of it. Preventative screening combined with targeted nutrition, specialized supplementation, lifestyle, and lifestyle adjustments can skew your epigenetics towards health outcomes that improve your life today and reduce the risk of chronic disease tomorrow.
Mindset & Growth
Real change begins with taking action and showing up—for yourself, your family, and your future. I am passionate about helping you regain control of your health, and this starts with your mindset.
What do you want your life to look like in 1, 5, and 10 years from now - is your health on track to support that vision?
Commitment & Consistency
Health doesn’t change overnight — but it does compound over time. Just like your financial investments or meaningful relationships, the quality of your health reflects the attention, planning, and routine care you put into it. The earlier and more consistently you invest, the greater the return — in energy, resilience, longevity. Don’t leave it to chance. Have a plan. Check in regularly.
