True health is more than the absence of disease
It’s having the energy, resilience, and clarity to feel well day to day — and the support to reduce risk over time. I help people improve energy, digestion, and metabolic health with an evidence-informed approach tailored to your body and your life.
If you’re not currently managing a health concern, we can focus on optimizing wellness — supporting performance in your life, recovery, and long-term health by addressing key risk factors early.
When we work together, you can expect:
A thorough, whole-person assessment (symptoms, history, lifestyle, and health goals)
Clear priorities and a step-by-step plan you can follow in real life
Practical coaching on nutrition, movement, sleep/recovery, and stress regulation
Therapeutic supplementation that actually moves the needle
Progress tracking and plan adjustments based on what’s working
Areas of Focus
-
Support for weight management, energy, blood sugar, cholesterol, cardiovascular risk, kidney disease, “fatty liver”, and nutrient deficiencies.
-
Support for heartburn, bloating, constipation or diarrhea, SIBO, IBS-type patterns, inflammatory bowel disease, food sensitivities, skin conditions, unexplained joint pain, and other inflammation-driven concerns
-
Thyroid conditions, reproductive hormones and fertility, adrenal function, stress, fatigue and burnout, testosterone, brain fog, and poor sleep.
-
Support for long-standing, multi-system symptoms such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, or recurrent and chronic infections.
Most of these issues don’t exist in isolation. I focus on identifying the root causes, connecting the dots between symptoms, labs, and lifestyle — and building a clear, realistic plan forward.
Not sure where you fit?
Most patients come with questions and a desire to improve something - we figure out the rest together.
How You Can Work With Me
-
75-minute session
Your care begins with a comprehensive discovery appointment where we explore your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. This in-depth discussion helps us understand your unique health picture and lays the groundwork for a tailored care plan that aligns with your needs and priorities.
When appropriate, we recommend targeted testing to support diagnosis, guide your treatment plan, and provide meaningful data for ongoing monitoring.
-
Bloodwork & Functional tests
Following your consultation, we may recommend targeted lab testing to gather deeper insight into your health.
This may include bloodwork, saliva, or stool testing for metabolic biomarkers, hormone panels, nutrient assessments, gut microbiome testing, organ function, and more. These tools help identify imbalances and uncover the root causes behind your symptoms - giving us a clearer path forward.
-
50 minutes, 1 -2 weeks after completing your assessments
With your test results, symptoms, and health goals in mind, we create a tailored plan that is realistic, effective, and informed.
Your plan may include nutrition recommendations, targeted supplementation, lifestyle adjustments, and other natural therapies.
We’ll check in regularly to ensure your progress stays on track.
-
25 & 50 minute follow-ups
Health is an ongoing process, and we're here to support you every step of the way. Through regular follow-ups, we track your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and address any new concerns that arise. Our goal is to ensure lasting results and empower you with the tools and knowledge to stay well long-term.
