Your gastrointestinal tract interacts with more external elements than your skin. It absorbs the essential nutrients needed for survival, serves as a primary detoxification pathway, and hosts gut microbiota that outnumber all the body's cells combined. Additionally, it possesses its own nervous system, containing more neurons than the spinal cord.

Bloating, IBS, IBD, acid reflux, chronic constipation, frequent diarrhea, food sensitivities, and gut microbiome composition are highly individualized and require individual treatment.

While eating whole, unprocessed foods remains a foundational recommendation, truly effective care is more personalized. The goal is to identify the specific foods, patterns, and interventions that support your unique physiology, including which so-called “health foods” might be harming more than helping.

Stress & Nervous System

Today’s stressors are not the life-threatening dangers we evolved to respond to — but our nervous system reacts as if they are. Deadlines, financial worries, constant notifications, and social pressures can all activate the same fight-or-flight responses designed for survival.

It may present as chronic anxiety, low mood, irritability, sleep disruption, burnout, cognitive fog, or physical symptoms like headaches, muscle tension, and digestive issues.

Fatigue

Fatigue has many faces — wired but tired, brain fog, slow recovery, afternoon crashes, or the inability to get going at all. The root cause is often layered and unique to each individual.

I often collaborate with medical doctors and other health professionals to ensure you get the care that’s right for you.
